The Supreme Court has ruled to allow Virginia to continue its purge of more than sixteen hundred people from the state’s voter rolls. Governor Glenn Youngkin considers it a victory just days after Virginia filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court to halt a lower court decision ordering it to restore the individuals to the rolls. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with David Spunt, Washington D.C. based correspondent for FOX News Channel, who says the Supreme Court should expect numerous cases to emerge now and after the election.
