(NewsNation) — For the second time, Donald Trump took the oath of office for the nation’s highest executive seat, becoming the 47th president of the United States. Monday’s ceremony marks only the second inauguration on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
After the swearing-in ceremony, Trump said he plans to sign nearly 100 executive orders on his first day. A desk was set up at Capital One Arena where NewsNation’s Libbey Dean reports he will sign those orders in front of an audience Monday evening.
