Presumed Ukrainian Air Base Targeted as Russia Launches Drone, Missile Barrage Across Ukraine

Many of the attack drones appeared to fly past Kyiv toward Ukraine’s western regions, particularly Khmelnytskyi. That region is home to the Starokostiantyniv air base.
