Trump says he ‘wouldn’t have wanted’ second hit on alleged drug boat

CNN and The Washington Post reported that on Sept. 2, the U.S. struck a vessel it accused of trafficking drugs off the coast of Venezuela a second time, killing the remaining survivors.
